Touchdown Kids Registrations Now Open for 2026

American Football South Australia (AFSA) is excited to announce that registrations for the 2026 Touchdown Kids program are now open!

Designed for boys and girls aged 8–12, Touchdown Kids is a fun and welcoming introduction to American Football. Whether your child has never played before or already has an interest in the sport, the program provides the perfect opportunity to learn the fundamentals, get active and make new friends.

What is Touchdown Kids?

Touchdown Kids is a 10-week introductory American Football program designed specifically for young players.

Throughout the program, participants will develop their understanding of the game while building important skills such as:

• Throwing and catching

• Movement and coordination

• Teamwork and communication

• Confidence and sportsmanship

• The fundamentals of American Football

Most importantly, the program is about having fun, getting active and developing a love for football.

Who Can Join?

Touchdown Kids is open to boys and girls aged 8–12.

No previous American Football experience is required. Whether your child is completely new to the sport or has played before, everyone is welcome.
