Report an integrity concern
You can use this reporting process to raise issues including (but not limited to):

• Vilification or discrimination

• Wagering or the use of illicit substances

• Child safety concerns, including grooming

• Sexual or physical assault

• Security or risk-related issues at AFSA-affiliated venues or events

Reporting Options
You can make a report in one of the following ways:

• Online Reporting Portal – Submit a report online (anonymously, if preferred).

• Email – Send a report to integrity@americanfootballsa.org.au

• Phone – Contact Sports Integrity Australia on 1800 161 361

What Happens After You Report?
Both the online portal and email reporting systems are designed to gather relevant information for AFSA and its affiliated organisations.

• You will only be contacted by an AFSA staff member if necessary.

• If the report is more appropriately managed by an affiliated League or Club, AFSA may share the information with the relevant organisation for further assessment and action.
